Sud Italia is now super “sud,” with an entirely new menu that celebrates the southern regions of Italy including Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria and Sicily. It’s fare Ferrarese knows well. The 41-year-old chef was born and raised in northern Italy (his mother is from Basilicata region) but has cooked throughout the country.”
